Charles Major received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering and spent over twenty years in various executive capacities as an officer and director with both public and privately held energy companies. Specific areas of expertise include: capital formation, debt restructuring, strategic planning and corporate turnarounds. Holding Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses, he has over thirty years of personal experience investing in public stocks and church bonds.

Mr. Major joined Share Financial Services in July 1996 serving initially as President. He has led the company through major changes in corporate direction and increased services from a single bond product to a multi-product financial services company. In 2000, he purchased Share and the Company has since tripled in size.

He has been an active member of Prestonwood Baptist Church of Dallas Texas since 1980. He has served there in various capacities including Bible teacher, Deacon Chairman, Finance Committee, Personnel Committee, Long Range Planning Committee and Pastor Search Committee.
