John serves churches in Collin, Denton, and Dallas County, assisting them as they seek to acquire or sell Church Properties. As a Church Real Estate Professional, John consults with churches, walking through a process that allows the church to make property and facility decisions based on the needs of their specific ministry and their budget. He assists churches as they evaluate non traditional buildings, land and existing church properties. John graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. After teaching in the Plano Independent School District as a Choir Director, John worked in the home building industry building homes in Frisco, McKinney, and Little Elm. John currently resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife and son. He is active in his church singing in the Choir at Prestonwood Baptist Church. John has a passion to serve churches by preparing and executing strategic relocation plans.
